AS B-plast has 9 injection moulding machines with total clamping force of 400...4000 kN and injection volume of 90...981 cm3.

The newest machine is 400 t Battenfeld TM-E 400/2250 from year 2009 with 3 servo axis robot.

Our other injection moulding machines are:

one machine 35 t Battenfeld BA 350/75 PLUS from year 1999,

two machines 40 t Battenfeld BA 400/200 CDC from year 1997,

two machines 100 t Battenfeld BA 1000/500 CDC from year 1997,

one machine 100 t  Arburg 420 C 1000-350 from year 1997,

one machine 100 t Arburg 420 C 1000-290 from year 2007,

two machines 200 t Arburg 570 C 2000-800 from year 2006,

one machine 270 t Battenfeld BA 2700/1200 BK from year 1997. 

In the production are working 25 employees. We work 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week if necessary.

 

We modernize more and more the production to create the conditions for more hygienic production and to offer better products to our customers.

We produce from raw materials made in Europe, Russia and the Ukraine. We use both new and recycled materials.
We have experience in processing HDPE, LDPE; PP; PS; ABS, PC and PA.
The additives we use in production are also made in Europe.

Our main product is plastic cutlery. In addition to our own products we produce as a subcontractor.

We make plastic products exactly as the customer wants them. We have good contacts with Estonian mouldmakers.

In addition to injection moulding we assemble and pack different sorts of plaster tape, pumps, shower hats.

 

In addition to injection moulding jobs, we are interested in orders that include assembly and packing operations.
